Using a combination of Supra/Sub workouts, Elongating Tempo sessions, and Lactate Clearance workouts, athletes will reach new highs before progressing even further with our more aggressive Threshold Build 2 program.
This plan is advantageous for any athlete looking to improve their aerobic engine and increase their FTP.
Once you complete this training, you can focus on another aspect of your training or continue on with Threshold Build 2 Training, the next plan in the sequence.
