Will Hardin
Coach.
Will is a professional road cyclist with Project Echelon Racing. He has contributed to GC and stage wins at almost every stage race in North America, while personally finishing top 10 in big races like Tour of the Gila, Joe Martin Stage Race, Winston Salem Cycling Classic, and Indy Crit. He races cyclocross at the highest level and has finished top 10 twice at BWR NC.
Will holds a degree in Biology from Lees McRae College, with a minor in cycling. He is attending Appalachian State University, earning his Master’s in Biology in Cell and Molecular Biology with a focus on gut health and microbial interactions.
Will started racing in 2015 and started coaching in 2019. He's been climbing the ranks of the sport since he got on the bike, and wants to help others find success and growth through consistent and sustainable training. He loves coaching cyclists of all levels, whether you're gearing up for your first event or building to win a pro race!
He has experience coaching a wide range of athletes, from 5 year old swimmers to masters marathon mountain bikers. Will races a lot, accumulating 70-80 race days per year in road, cyclocross, mtb, e-racing, and gravel. His experiences training, racing in the elite ranks, coaching, and traveling give him a wide range of practical knowledge to share with his athletes.
His coaching goal is to develop consistent and measurable long-term growth in his athletes, and to help you be your best when it's time to perform.
